Cheese, Onion, Rice Biscuits

Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups packed Cambrooke MixQuick
  • 1 cup of prepared Cambrooke Short Grain Rice (167g cooked)
  • ⅔ cup (90g) Cambrooke Cheddar Shreds
  • ½ cup (65g) coarsely chopped onion
  • ⅔ cup non-dairy liquid creamer
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbs (18g) Cambrooke Shake `N` Cheese
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and lightly grease 24 mini muffin tins.
  • In a medium bowl, lightly combine MixQuick, rice, cheese and onions and baking powder.
  • Add non-dairy creamer and water all at once and stir until moistened.
  • Distribute evenly into muffin tins and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
