1 loaf Cambrooke Artisan Bread - cut into 1-inch cubes
1 ¾ cups liquid non-dairy creamer
3 (60 g) Cambrooke Candy Bars - broken into small pieces (low protein chocolate bar or Cambrooke Chocolate Cha Chas can be used instead if you wish)
1 pkg Jell-O® vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange bread cubes in 2 Qt glass baking dish or 6 individual ramekins.
Bring non-dairy creamer to a simmer in heavy sauce pan. Add white chocolate pieces, whisking until melted and smooth.
Gradually whisk in pudding mix until it begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and pour over bread cubes. Toss to mix well, then press down into baking dish and let stand for 15 minutes.
Bake until bread pudding is set and top is golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
SUGGESTIONS: Drizzle a wavy line of chocolate syrup on a white plate and place bread pudding on center of plate. Sift powdered white sugar over bread pudding and top with a strawberry for a scrumptious gourmet presentation.
