Ingredients
- 1 cup (110 g) Cambrooke Wel-Made Baking Mix
- 1 tsp (4 g) sugar
- 2 tsp (10 g) baking powder
- ¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt
- 1 cup (236.5 mL) non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp (42.5 g) butter, melted mix
Directions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a liquid measuring cup, measure 1 cup non-dairy milk and add the vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Do not over-mix.
- Heat a lightly greased griddle at medium-high heat and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the face of the pancake.
- Carefully flip the pancake and cook until its golden brown.
- NOTE: Adjust serving size based on appetite. To reduce sodium, lower added salt amount.
